States that mass is not created or destroyed in any ordinary chemical reaction.
Or more simply, the mass of substances produced ,products by a chemical reaction is always equal to the mass of the reacting substances and reactants.


physical property: characteristics of a particular kind of matter that do not involve a cemical change, color, hardness, physical state.
